On March 30th, we were back in Harlem for our first NYC event of the
year- a reception and screening of the British cult classic, RAG/TAG,
the story of two boys, one Nigerian, the other Trinidadian, falling in
love in London. Over popcorn at the Dwyer Cultural Center and drinks
at the nearby Aloft Hotel bar, our group discussed romance, culture,
race, and color from African, Caribbean, and American perspectives.
